Partners in Parenting Education

Teen parents and their babies attend PIPE together. Teen parents learn how to read their baby's cues, identify their own and their bay's temperament and share positive attitudes.

PIPE is a teen parenting class that focuses on enhancing the emotional bond between the teen parent and their baby.

Home visits are available in your home (or other location) monthly, weekly or bi-weekly. Your home visitor shares child development information and learning activities with you and your child. Prenatal home visits are also offered and include prenatal information and support.
